Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the checkout for your convenience. Also note: due to our teas being made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for your tea blends to ship. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-4 business days.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because of the nature of our products and COVID, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products at this time. ​

Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used tea products due to health and safety reasons.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item(s) in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
